I did, earlier this evening, eat a 4 serving packet of smashed taters with 3/4 of a cup of pepper jack cheese mixed in. 870 kcal that I probably did not need to eat. At the same time, I am in the process of emptying out my cupboard. Empty it all out and start again from scratch with those items I can keep without obsessing on them along with healthy items that I must make regular staples. I have been studying my eating habits and associated behaviors for a while. It is so much more involved than food. Oh well, one day at a time, I guess. On the bright side, I did weigh in at 273 when I got up this morning.
