Thanks! I accidentally hid some under the chips lol. Having a day where I don’t want to eat but surgeon said I needed to force myself so I ate foods I really enjoy to make sure I got some calories in lol. Ended up eating more pickles because I love the small pickles lol. These are ‘baby dills’. Kids absolutely love them too so I have to hide a jar for myself!

Haha that's funny - when i saw the pic i thought that is just the plate i eat if i need to eat more for some reason (but i would also add cottage cheese).

I tried a new recipe- philly cheese steak sandwiches. I didn’t have hoagie buns as they are to many calories for me to keep on hand(and I don’t care for them much) so we used hamburger buns lol. Normally I’d have had cottage cheese instead of the chips but I’m finding if I give myself that bit of ‘junk’ I don’t feel as restricted. Kids had to help me finish the chips lol. I have a brand new cottage cheese that I’ll open with my roast tonight. Cheese and cottage cheese are about the only dairy my body tolerates well so I try to add a lot in when I can do I get some natural calcium.
