Been working physical labor out in the garden trying to catch up to the weeds. I didn't really get in the garden a lot last year as I was in school. This year I am working, part-time, which is all I want, but still a challenge to get out there. My body is telling me I'm out of shape. But I do enjoy being outside, listening to the birds sing, feeling the sun on me and my hands in the dirt! Therapy for me! I've fallen behind a bit with my calorie counts, doing it at the end of the night... not good to see that you went over after the fact. so I need to get back on track with adding food as I eat. That is why this program is working for me. Makes me mindful I what I am eating.
