Yesterday was the worst day of my diet chronicles, but I have no one else to blame but myself for that after binge eating the whole of last week from going to dinner with friends to being a coach potato eating everything from pizza, pasta, crisps, chocolates, etc
And after my hard work I put on 3KGS:-(

I was so demotivated yesterday, then this morning as I was getting into the office, an old friend told me how good I looked, oblivious to my weight gain and told me to keep doing whatever I was doing, so last week was a setback but its a new day, I told myself to pick myself up, dust the binge off me and start anew.

So if ever you feel like quitting like I almost did - DO NOT QUIT !!!!!!!!
