Day 2 Cycle 2....Things are going so great! I can't believe how great I feel, even with only 3 lb loss last week. I can't believe how much baggier my clothes are and how great it feels to put a belt on and be able to move in 2 holes! I am so stocked!!!! I think this is really going to work for me and I can't wait!
Meals for the day: Breakfast: 1 cup cheerios with a small amount of 2% milk ~ not a big milk drinker so I did the smallest amount to make the cereal good. It was great to be able to eat something different though. Meal #2: Peach, Strawberry, Grape and Mango smoothie ~ made a batch last night and froze the rest for the rest of the week ~ they are very YUMMY!!! Meal #3: Not sure yet, going to lunch with a friend, but going to shoot for a small salad or something, but if not, that is ok, I am doing great! Meal #4: 4 oz of Chicken and either corn or green beans.
The exercise is not going as well as I would like it too, but I am getting in what I can....played ball last night and it was hot!!! I ran my butt off, we were short players so I played center field and it was great exercise...also ran the bases a lot so that was good. Sweated for the whole hour! I have Volleyball starting tonight so that should work me really well too! I am going to try to get on the elliptical when I get home, but can't promise anything! I will be back in the gym tomorrow!
