Ok, so I blew it these past two days. Tomorrow I'll get back on track. I'm just so frustrated that I can't get in the calories and right percentages of net carbs, proteins and fats! I know if I don't eat I'll never get out of starvation mode. After years of eating all the wrong foods but still minimal calories I really thought starting to eat the right things would make it a breeze to lose weight.

I feel your frustrations. I feel like I have been working on this meal change for ever already and the pounds should be just falling off, but I guess I am not eating enough!! Keep at it, we'll make it as fat burning machines!!! Just need to figure out what works best for our bodies.

might want to do total carbs instead of net carbs, that held me up since there are so many hidden carbs around!

This is the furthest thing from a starvation diet there is. You will learn how to do it right, now that you're in a group who knows what works for everyone. Although everyone does not need this WOE, it hasn't failed one single member who follows us.
