i am now off Jenny's full menu. I cannot afford to spend $600 a month only to lose 4lbs. I have now taken the initiative to learn food on my own & use only $50/week on Jenny. It has been so slow. I am losing 2oz a week, but that's ok. The better I get with it, the more the numbers will show. I lost 1.5 inches off my hips & 1/2 an inch off my gut so SOMETHING is working. I'm so happy for all my buddies who are seeing encouraging results. Keeps me going. Happy Thursday peeps!

oh and by the way, you could be losing 2 lbs a week if you exercise and eat healthy! Look to the One Step at a time challenge for guidelines! They helped me to lose 2 pounds a week and I only needed to lose 35! You can do this, but it does take commitment, daily exercise, and NOT FATTENING foods!

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. kmaxwell08 -> I'm a special case it seems. Even on Jenny Craig, I did 5k everyday & every other week I would gain NOMATTER WHAT. If i lose 3, I gain 1. If I lose 2, I gain 1. Turns out I build muscle fast, or my body likes to take its time to adjust... Either way I am in it for the long haul so its all good. I could definitely use all the help I can get. Stehanie, as always, you inspire me!

This is going to sound strange, but you may have better luck if you eat more! Since you ARE exercising, you're eating quite a low amount for your weight. When I was you weight, I was losing weight on 1800 calories a day. I've had it happen several times that I stop losing weight, so I change up calories either up or down. Believe it or not, MORE always seems to work better than less! Not saying eat junk, but if you ate a few more calories of healthy food, you might find better results. But everyone is different so you are right to be in it for the long haul. It takes time to figure out what works best for each individual.

yep I have to agree with k8yk. Same thing happened to me. Actually now that i am pregnant and upped my calories to 1800-1900 a day and still exercising 1 hour a day I am pretty much gaining 1/2 pound a week. And I am only 119 lbs. You might try upping the calories, especially if you build muscle that fast.
