It's time to start over I guess. I have gained weight back and it just keeps creeping up..Not sure how good I will do but coming back to this website is a start. Back in April of 2007 I weighed my heaviest at 345. Today I weigh 307. Please note that I am working an overnight awake shift right now, Im on hour 7.5 of 9 and that is why you don't read any enthusiasm in my current writting.
