Maintenance is going well. I bounce around between 132 and 135. Haven't exceeded my goal weight of 135 for quite awhile now. Had a great 4th of July. Worked the Fireman's Breakfast in the morning, ate bacon and eggs only, skipped all the carbs. Home for a nap since we got up at 4:30! Then to friend's house for a community gathering of a potluck and fireworks. So much wonderful fellowship! The 2 younger grandkids are coming tomorrow for 10 days. Then the oldest and my son and his wife will come for the weekend which will include a family reunion. Whew!! Love my life!
