IIFYM.com Pretty sure they have a glitch as usually it gives me around 1290-1440. Last I tried it I was about 145 and the 1290 was for my end goal of 120#. But I hold out hope that they have new research that says I can eat that 2700 to maintain 🤩🤪. I’d constantly be losing though as I prefer 1600-1800 kcal/day. (Which is about where I need to be to maintain 137# with my current activity[1600 that is]).

freaky! I don't think I could eat that much unless I was eating a lot of refined flour products. My stomach is just not big enough for huge meals. 1600 to 1800 a day with your increased work outs seem very reasonable. healing amount.
