New goal reset: lose 4 more. That should put me somewhere in midrange of my BMI for my height and age. Reversing the type 2 diabetes that I have been dealing with since I was diagnosed with it 26 years ago is my goal. I do the blood work for my a1c the last of July, I think on 7/27/18.
