Just trying to get back in the habit of tracking my weight and food intake. Apparently jumping in full force, while I may loose a few pounds doesn't really help in the long run. As of right now I'm trying to pinpoint my everyday mistakes so that I can start to make small changes that can hopefully add up to long term weight loss. I am excited to say that in all the time I've been off fatsecret and the diet I've managed to keep my weight relatively on par. I haven't gained but I haven't lost.
