Since I had kid issues and attitude issues that prevented me from going to my workout group I did a horn workout instead. Looked up the names and it seems I did hip thrusts (2- 8#weights laid over my hips), goblet squats (2-8#wt as I haven’t located a block yet), sumo deadlifts, bent over rows, lying chest flys and pushups. Pushups were the only thing not using the weights. I managed to get all of that done plus my unsuccessful (haha) sprinting in 20-25 minutes. 3 sets of 10-12 except fly was 3x8 and I think 20 push-ups. I. AM. SO. SORE! Was fine this morning. Got in 3k steps just following hubby and his friend around handing them screwdrivers and looking at all they got done. Cooked dinner then sat down and about cried! Was going to try for some squats before bed but I don’t feel like trying to sleep with a stuffed up nose from crying through a workout haha.

I have NO idea why I feel this bad. It’s been 28 hours since I finished. Upper body isn’t too bad; chest sore a bit. Water aerobics was similar in soreness but I did that for longer and added in way more moves.

My planned gym run tomorrow afternoon just got canceled. Pretty sure this is my body saying ‘hey lady stop trying to hurt us and take a break!’ Just so impatient to see better results. Ah well. At least I saved up calories for some treats tonight. One being my caramel protein shake that is too sinful.
