Weight has been slowing but steadily creeping up since May. Now almost 20lbs back on. I kept thinking about how I looked or my clothes not fitting but should have thought about health! My headache yesterday lead me to check my BP which was 165/90! I got off all meds 20lbs ago. It’s getting real today. Just thankful it’s not a stroke or heart attack getting my attention. Will monitor my BP and if no change in a week, it’s back to the doctor.

yes while it is great to get off meds, when your diet degrades you have to deal with the meds again or really get control of the life plan. Hope you feel better soon.
