I don't get it.... 14 weeks into a strict keto diet and

1. 8 pounds lost ( I was down about 12, but now it keeps going up.)
2. My blood sugar is NOT coming down.... I average about 14 net carbs a day
3. Blood pressure not coming down

I weigh all of my food on a digital scale. I usually finish just slightly under my RDI.

I always say "not everything works for everybody"..... maybe I am one of those who keto does not work for.

I know you will ask "Do you feel better?"... not really
Do my clothes fit better?.... I don't know.... maybe?

The only tangible benefit is that I pee a whole lot less, which should happen if my sugar comes down, but my sugar is not coming down. I really don't know what to do, but as a T2 diabetic, this stinks.

Keep going, 8 pounds is a little soon to see big changes in your A1C. For the past 3 years, I have been labeled pre-diabetic with A1C’s of 6.2-6.4 and FBS’s of 130. Recently I have lost ~20 pounds, yesterday my A1C was 5.4 and BS was 108.

I've gone through about a week of your diet calendar. You are taking in more than 10g carbs a day. You may be one of the unlucky that will not reduce or lose weight unless under 10g carbs a day. I am that way and have a boatload of medical issues. I also noticed there are some things you are taking in that have sugars and/or fake sugars. Some of us can not normalize or lose with those either. One more thing - your water intake is high and you could be retaining the water. I would try to limit it closer to the 100 ounces max per day.
