The scale is possessed! Today it’s down 4lbs! I did do a pretty intense workout yesterday but still. Woke this morning to a terrible headache and worry about BP or blood sugar (I ate so much sugar yesterday). Doing a detox on sugar today. I’m learning things the hard way, but at least I’m still learning!
