Actually, I don't know what happened? didn't lose weight from yesterday in the same time i didn't make any wrong habits.
Does anyone can explain?!

It depends on a number of factors. You may have been a bit dehydrated yesterday and today you're correctly hydrated so your weight went up a bit. Did you weight after eating today and before yesterday? That would make a difference too. You're not female so you don't have to worry about monthly hormonal fluctuations but that can have a big effect. If you're going to weight daily, you need to monitor the trend, not panic about the fluctuations. Take care and all the best with your goal!
