I am beginning to realize who I am, consciousness, awareness, being present. Be Here Now. I am aware of another part of me, some call it the ego, who thinks and emotes. Ego is the upset, angry, hurt, sad, fearful part of me. When I am aware of it, it does not have quite such a hold on me. Be here in the stillness of now. Take a deep breath. What we are upset, angry, hurt, sad or fearful about is in the past or the future. Right now, we only have now. Experience now in stillness. Experiencing Now or trying to describe the experience with words are two different things. Be aware of the difference. Be conscious of your breath and you will experience Now.
