Day one of deiting. I sort of feel like I'm in line at the rollercoaster. I'm feeling all nervous, watching the oters get off.. Some are happy loving life, some look worse off than me.. I just want to do this and be done with it for good. Get on the weightloss ride then get off for good!

I am feeling much the same way. It's funny... I woke up one morning and BANG- I new I had to change my lifestyle not just go on a diet- it's kind of like when I finally quit smoking for good. Something inside just snapped and said this is it! Good luck to you and healthy eating!

Wow! You are totally right. When I quit smoking it was like live miserable and smoke or stop smoking and be healthy. I remember that exact thought, and it worked on most all my cravings. I'll keep that in mind when hit with a weak moment! Thanks!
