Loss after a hard workout rather than a gain 🤔. Dehydration possible as I didn’t have my water so settled for sonic low calories cherry limeade afterward (44oz). But the smart scale thing says less fat and more muscle today over last week which suggests I’m more hydrated today than last week. Or guess I ‘could’ve’ lost 1/2% of fat and gained it in muscle but doubtful. Whatever the cause, I’ll take it!
