Today I had cup of coffee with creamer no sugar(80 cals) and wholewheat raisin bread for breakfast(180 cals).Then for mid-morn snack i had a few whole wheat crakers(50 cals).For lucnh i had a large bowl of chicken soup(200cals)and water.Then i had more whole wheat crackers and tea for mid afternoon snack(100).For dinner i had a whole wheat chicken sandwich(150) and piece of chicken breast(100).then i had a cup of soy chocolate milk(100).
I never walked at the park or went to the gym today cuz i was tired so i plan to go tmrw.I also took grapefruit pectin vitamins twice today instead of the 3 times recommended as i have just started taking them n need to c how my body reacts to it.I hope this works this tiem, im sick of dieting!!
