I am writing this is an attempt to NOT give up. Weighed in this morning and yes, you guessed it-I weigh the same (163.2-actually .2 gain!)

My trainer has cancer-terrible and I am not sure what to do. We have not met since last Monday and she has not called me as we discussed. Called her this morning and left a message. Going to gym today at lunch. Perhaps I will see her there.

I thought I was doing okay with food-certainly have kept the calories within the low range. My fat intake is too high though. I find it difficult to keep it below 20 g. Working on lowering the carbs too. Starting to get it near 100 or just under compared to 150 plus. I feel like a pig every time I put something in my mouth.

I need to vent-to express all the disappointment and fear (that I will NEVER reach my goal) and self blame. DONE
