Made bad choices the weekend. I didn't snack,which I wanted to oh so bad, but had high calorie dinners. I had Chinese Sat and Boj supreme dinner Sun. I weigh on Tues but don't record it . Friday is my day to record. I weighed 97.2 Fri and this morning 102.2 . 😲 that was Def a big jump and I didn't even eat the popcorn I craved so bad. 😭 Working all week to bring it back down by Fri.
