Well I decided to get on the scale this morning, it has been a week and I only lost a pound, not anything big, but a pound is a pound right!!! I did very well this weekend considering I wasn't home much! Saturday I played ball and I packed all my food...I didn't cheat all day long, then we went out to eat dinner (Mexican food, always killer for me, I just love it) with some friends and I had some chips and salsa...not a lot, but I did have some. For the main dish I stick with a tortilla less burrito (beans, meat, lettuce and green chili)...it was very good! Sunday did very fairly well too, didn't eat all 5 meals, but did pretty good. We also went on a walk, didn't think it was too far, but ended up being 4 miles...it was great, then we washed the cars so in the end it was a great work out!
I am very pumped today to get the ball rolling again and loose some more! I am very happy that the scale went down finally, but I know that I am toning and that is great...to my surprise yesterday my hubby for the fist time in a while said that I looked GREAT....it was the best feeling ever!!! I was getting dressed for our walk and he walked into our room and just stood there...got a huge smile on his face and said, "man you look AWESOME"! I felt so great and so inspired...I can't wait to get rid of these last pounds...very stocked!!!
Meals for today: Breakfast: 1 cup cheerios w/ fat free milk and 1/2 a pear Meal #2: Small salad with 2 tbsp fat free Catalina Meal #3: 4oz chicken and 1/2 cup fresh corn (went to farmers market yesterday and bought some corn on the cob, went home and cooked it and froze it in small bags for quick eating...man I love corn on the cob!!!) Meal #4: Not sure yet, but most likely going to do Rice and beans...
Exercise: going to the gym today.....well see what happens when I get there as to what I will do today!
