Anyone whose WOE is Ketogenic, modified or otherwise, cookbooks are not really a necessity.

Eat FAT in the way of BUTTER, MAYONNAISE, COCONUT OIL for cooking, OLIVE OIL for cooking and salads. SESAME OIL in very small amounts kicks up your Stir-Frying and Walnut Oil is delicious on salads as well. Watch ALL other condiments for SUGAR content.

Eat MEAT and EGGS. Leave the fat on it. Grilled-Roasted-Braised-SlowCooked, etc.

Eat GREEN VEGETABLES. Cooked, raw or in salads. Steaming is the preferred cooking method. ZIPLOC Steam-In Bags make perfectly steamed veggies in a few minutes in your Microwave every time.

Use REAL CREAM in your coffee.

Have BERRIES for your sweet tooth.

NO SUGAR OF ANY KIND as in CANDY, COOKIES, CAKE, SOFT DRINKS | NO POTATOES-RICE
NO CORN-POTATOES-CARROTS- USE SPARINGLY IN RECIPES | NO PASTA | NO BREAD, OATMEAL, GRAINS of ANY KIND.

Your hunger and craving for sweets WILL dissipate.
This is a very effective and very safe way to eat.

NOTE: You can make 'spaghetti' out of any number of vegetables with the spiralizer tool of your choice. Spaghetti Squash is delish with any Italian-style sauce. I forgot to mention skipping legumes-starchy beans, lentils, etc. This doesn't mean you can't make a kickass beanless chili for football season with chicken, shredded pork or a combination of ground beef and shredded sirloin. This WOE is challenging at first and you will slip...I have. But if weightloss and/or blood sugar control is your current problem, give this WOE a serious try. I wish you ALL improved health and fitness. If all you want s to look GREAT?...I wish that for you too! Because it's all good. (PS- However, if you're just here to boast about all the food you can eat now that you are ripped, my advice to you is to move along. Keep eating that way...you won't be ripped for long. The food ALWAYS catches up to you in time.)
