Noosa Heads is beautiful. So much to do, so many ice-cream shops, I am thinking of extending the holiday. I think taking a break is necessary sometimes. My time so far has allowed me to really put my dieting and eating into perspective in different environment learn and get over a few past bad habits. For example yesterday it took everything I had to skip dinner I was full anyway but I still want to go out but said no. I had to grab aspects of IF because I had had so much fried chips and ice-cream that I was bloated and knew it was necessary. My body is starting to look good with all this eating funnily enough its like I am looking l like the terminator.
