I've been on an exercise regiment for about 6 weeks now. I make a goal to get 300 cals off my slate every time I hit the gym and then do other free weight excercises or swim. I've had good days and bad, but one thing is for certain, its been easier and easier and way more enjoyable the last week or two. I used to dread it and kind of linger in the car for a while before heading in. But not anymore! THAT IS A VICTORY REGARDLESS OF NUMBERS!
