I can’t imagine myself not Intermittent Fasting. Eating all the time makes me feel sick.
By the way yesterday I went over my carb limit yesterday , but will water fast for the next 36hours and Im 11hours into it so 25 hours to go. Goal is to exercise 7days a week.
