Unfortunately yes, but there was a method to the madness. Firstly after losing 62 kilos in 9 months I think I was at my absolute limit and needed a total break. I needed to experiment on going out of keto, increasing carb intake, also see if I could stop myself from bad habits as I have done today. Probably only stopped because I got a rude shock everyday I stepped on the scales bur I have added to my research on weight-loss and I also hope that I have been able to raise my metabolic rate. I will be trying to take in approx. 2000 cals per day. My hope is that I will be able to lose weight on this. I will also be including healthy berries, primary veges and yoghurt something I had shunned over last 9 months and will be decreasing cardio in favour of heavy weights
