Hmm seems I did IF today without thinking about it lol. Almost two and I’m just now having coffee and haven’t eaten a thing. Been busy checking FS, answering the phone, making lunch for the kids and visiting with them. Guess I need to go eat! Tuna it is so think. 44g protein in one sitting and with relish and light mayo should be right about 300 kcal unless I have chips or bread with it. 400 for sandwich, 500 with chips or crackers. Wish I had boiled some eggs because....more protein!
