I’m seriously considering the values of staying on my feet continuously. More movement right? At the very least, less pain when I sit down or get up lol. Tried stretching my sore legs but that didn’t help. Tried squats and barely caught myself before my legs gave out. I will try a hot bath and soak tonight and see if that works. Never dreamed my legs would become this sore lol.

Went until 2:30 before I ate today. That should be 14-16 hours without food. It’s alright as long as it’s what my body seems to want.

Chicken sandwiches for dinner I think. Trying to fond a balance of healthy meals that the kids will like this week. They’ve shot down several ideas so far.

LZ thanks:). I didn’t get much say in anything growing up unless mom couldn’t decide. I would rather have my kids be able to make decisions easily even if it’s just meal planning. The older two and hubby are supposed to suggest one meal per week and we kind of vote on it. If I have the stuff to make it that is. I tend to make up two weeks of meal plans when possible. Much easier to stick to my diet if I know what I plan to eat over the next several days. Allows me to have those bigger treats and meals at restaurants 😁. Take this last week as an example. I had a couple 1350 days, a couple 1600 days and three 1700-2000. Normally I would’ve had anxiety over this but I knew the basic plan ahead and could rearrange as needed and allow for those higher calorie days. Even today I’m trying to decide if I want to stay around 1000 or not. If so I can have a treat later this week. If I go a bit higher then I may have to give something up later. And probably having a meal in town tomorrow so it’ll be a higher calorie day. The kids also get to listen to me explain these things and make better meal choices. I’m hoping anyway!

Jen, don’t have any of that. I think I have some scented bath crystals somewhere but I doubt that’ll help. Have a handheld massage ball thing I may use after dinner. Or bribe a kid haha. They REALLY want my snickers that I bought for whenever it fits this week.

Haha! Well my legs get so sore sometimes and it makes me super cranky!! No kids here to bribe though, lol. I have used a tennis ball and foam roller.

I didn’t have time to bribe them so sat in a hot bath for half an hour. It worked some. I bought this thing from Walmart. It’s a green casing around a black ball. You rub it up and down your leg and the ball moves while the casing stays still on your hand. I have to warm it up before I use it because it gets colder than room temperature for some reason. I need to moisturize so I really should just rub them while I do that. Just lazy lol.
