Day 8...

It’s been actually pretty easy sticking to keto!! No keto flu this time. Drinking my sole and lots of coffee, IF each day as long as I can! And I Just avoiding carbs by making simple dinner meals for my family and I... I just leave out the noodles, corn, rice, potato and bread and throw the food over a salad and I usually add cheese and/or mayo. I found a hazelnut coffee that has a strong enough flavor that using just heavy cream it tastes amazing! It’s been getting me through life...

My eye is twitching still. Stress and no sleep still are the daily theme here. But I am still behaving (even with a ton of Halloween candy and junk snacks around)!!! It feels good, I can’t wait to see physical changes. I plan to weigh in tomorrow. Today I was chugging cups of coffee and didn’t care about the weigh in!! The other day my pants weren’t fitting right... in a sad bad way. Instead of being hard on myself I grabbed a stretchy pair of jeggings and carried on... hoping it is water weight, since it was also a bad time of the month and maybe I’ll see a drop!!!! actually, I KNOW I WILL SEE A DROP!!! I am being consistent and doing my best. Next week I am going to start going for daily walks around the neighborhood... who knows, maybe we will find time today after packing/moving/organizing and enjoy a foggy day stroll!!
