Yesterday wasn't bad for my first day of Keto. Still learning and finding it a challenge to keep track of the macros and stay in range of my macro guidelines. Found I wasn't hungry at dinnertime but ate a fried pork chop for the fat and protein.

Important to get your fats in in the beginning. You want to hit ketosis.

you need to plan your day it is a great help as you are adjusting to a new style of eating. once you get more into it with more meals it will become easier. so many here post great meals to help give you idea's.

Thank you for the suggestions, on day 3 and have managed to lose a few. I am aware that it is water weight but it inspires me to keep going ;) I do find that I am not hungry and toward the end of the day have to force myself to eat something. I will check out the meals others have posted for ideas. Thanks again!
