finally on track after serial slacking after Thanksgiving. under that weight and going strong. I'm so happy I have gotten over the neurosis of weight loss and the guilt and punishment. i do good most days and if I dont do so good one day...or weeks... i can get back on track. this took me a while to achieve and its my most important NSV. ☺
