Yesterday was the official weigh in at Curves, they only weigh and measure once a month. I am down 13 lbs and 5.5 inches. I'm feeling pretty good about that. The inches will come off faster whenever the doc releases me to exercise so I'm pretty happy with this. Meanwhile, I have the Heart Cath scheduled for tomorrow....uggg! I will be in the hospital all day for this. Lab work today.....double ugggg! I'm sitting at a catch 20, if this test comes out clean that means its not my heart causing the chest pains, but then we start all over to figure out what is causing the pain.
