Personal trainer apt today...He's known me thru the begining of my journey. He kept saying, i cant beleive how strong you are, I cant belive you can do that move, Im so impressed with how hard you've been working. Was awesome to say the least. Another trainer noticed us working and asked if I was going to teach classes there- um what? OMG no! ahaha im still a fat girl trying to get healthy! Good day! Its nice to be vailidated- especially by people who really know how hard you've worked is to get where your at!
