I have been using a different recording system other than WW - its online and I really like it. I've also bought a scale and keep it in my bathroom - but only get on it when fat secret and eatracker ask for a weigh in. I've been fairly good on my diet - I cook mostof my own meals and rarely eat out - I try to eat enough vegtables - that is a challenge - I find diversifying my diet to include enough protein and veggies a bit tough - sometimes I just look at veggies and not want to eat them at all - and I'm like that with meat too. but my life time diet of muffins and bread is just not good enough for my health....I am trying to be active when ever I can yesterday I cycled to the freash locAL MARKET and bought local produce. yeah for cherries!

I'm going to the octor today to get on a weigh list for a dietician.....
