Today is day three off sugar and back on the low-carb plan. I woke up easily this morning; that is a sure sign that my body is happy - not dealing with carb overload. Going to bake some low-carb breakfast items today as breakfast is my weak point (I really don't like to eat eggs in the morning).
I joined Weight Watchers with my friends; while I will not be following their plan exactly I like the idea of a weekly weigh-in and some accountability and/or friendly competition. At least for awhile!

I feel the same about eggs - I add them to salads at lunch or eat egg dishes for supper but NOT for breakfast, lol.
