Kinda fun.seeing what ..Good Friday morning...the scales are gonna say each morning...

Did another smaller hill course yesterday..not as much elevation...but still a hill..today..at 1230.. will be doing intervals..clicked on an event..different workout to break up the routine...thinking rest day is getting closer..my body needs one...

Had one of them short sleep nites last night..got up at 230 am..set down in recliner...at 6am..friend from out of town texting me..saying he’s gonna stop by..before he heads back home...so back up waiting on him..he left...then it was time to weigh in...eat breakfast..and feel the way I do from lack of 8 hours of sleep..gonna try an get a nap..before zwift...and if not..then IL pass out tonight...lol
