I went to the gym this morning and got my run in, and out of the way for the day!:-) I ran 1.75 miles!!! I hope to make it to three whole miles before too long... My calves are my tough spot. They need to be streched, streched and streched again, and again! They're pretty sore. Not so bad that I can't run though. I just need to keep streching them any chance I get. Any ideas on that anyone?? I'm open for new advice and ideas:-D Also did some ab work today. That and my legs are feeling tighter, more lean. Hope that's actually the case and not just me "feeling" that way:-D Yay for being able to run again. Another thing that I'm loving is that I don't have a head ache after I am done running. In the past, trying to run and be over weight always gave me a head ache. I am able to breath well and not huff and puff - I am thrilled that I can run that far and not have a head ache:-D

I have some achilles heel stretches if you want those. Wow, WHAT a RUN, I am so impressed!
