So Lorik inspired me to be good for three days. How hard can it be? We'll see. It seems like to do it I will just have to go to bed and put the covers over my head whenever I am tempted to eat desserts, that is, besides exercising and doing whatever else I have to do. I have so much to be thankful for and A New Earth by Tolle is helping, too. Is any one else reading Oprah's book club book? By Being Present, etc. that's all we basically have to do. It is so simple but somehow we make it sooooooo hard. Good Luck to everyone this weekend! luv, mary

LOL, maybe I'll run for the sheets too when desserts start calling out to me.... AND they usually do!! I've done well so far and it's past 6pm. Yay me!! I had a very nice "LORI-STYLE" taco salad... so I should be content... but that isn't the problem, lol... I often eat out of pure boredom, temptation, stress, or other crazy reason... I will keep you in mind when I pass on the sweets tonight!! I don't want to report anything bad after my testimony and vow to do better today, Ha Ha!!
