Working two jobs, being sick, friend's divorce, more court dates and court paperwork for Alex - phew!
It's been super hard to keep track of my food. But, now that I have TWO back problems that are causing me some often serious pain, losing weight is a good way to start taking care of some of that. I HAVE to get back to better eating and lose the 20-25 lbs I gained since having my hysterectomy in 2013!
Mostly need to watch the sweets and carbs that have become too easy (again) to eat as filler or when bored.
84,8 kg Bisher verloren: 4,5 kg.    Still to go: 12,2 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.
