I have really had a problem staying on my diet for the last couple of weeks. I need to stop eating all of the empty sugar-laden calories and stick to good-for-me stuff. I believe that will help with the weight loss more than anything. I am still working out 4 days a week, so I'm doing ok there. I hope to take off at least 2 lbs this week.
