I have decided to only record my weight when I have lost weight.... not because of the actual weight, but because of the words that come up and say something like "at this rate you will reach your goal in 41 years.... :)

i only record losses. if i creep up a little it's just incentive to be more careful and within a few days my weight drops again. i dont see the point in posting discouraging news 😊

haha, thanks scale!!! TMI. I weigh once a month, naked after morning ablutions (that means after I potty) and it doesn't matter what it says. I am eating healthier, feeling better and have decreased my insulin intake to almost nothing! I am happy with my new lifestyle, and when I lose I will be happy and if I gain, I will see if I am still following my plan and get back in line if not. I don't like that scale!

I do the same honestly lol I only want to see the downward spiral. That's why there are weeks and weeks of no check in lol
