Ive been in maintenance for two weeks since Ive achieved my goal weight. Im learning I have to increase my calories to 2400 in order to have enough nourishment for the calories I burn doing exercise routine that I do. As I get stronger it seems Im burning more calories. I will not and have no deprived or starved myself this far. Just wanted to emphasize that you dont meed to deprive yourself in order to lose weight.

Awesome! Yes it is not necessary to starve to get slim. When your calorie deficit is too low u are also slowing down the metabolism.
