I think from now on I should weigh in first thing in the morning. Much more encouraging (though it shouldn't matter).

Yea I weigh in in the morning. Our bodies change so much through out the day and I think the most accurate is the morning weigh. :-)

Just saw your post - hope you don't mind if I chime in...the key is consistency. Always weigh in at the same time, and as a part of the same meal pattern. For me, I weigh in at the same time every morning before I eat or drink anything. That way I always know where I stand. Also, look at averaging your weigh ins rather than looking at individual weights. It balances out those weird body differences that everyone gets from one day to the next. I weigh in every day, but then average each week and look at the difference from week to week. Hope this helps and keep up the great work!
