Have stayed on except for one day. Went to a one year old birthday party. Had a very thin slice of cake with a small scoop of ice cream. Between traveling and that it took me from Monday until today to lose my water weight. Some of the sites said I could up my carbs a little by now but I don’t know about that. I do know that I had what they call crack chicken with cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Don’t think I will do that again. I have found that I do not like the smell of chicken cooking or the taste. I also think I can’t do much cheddar. Cream cheese seems to be fine.
