I have slacked with tracking this week. Mainly because I seemed to be fighting some or other infection - had fevers with no real telling symptoms.
Other than that, I'm basically just too lazy to weigh how much almond butter/Flax seeds/etc I use in my breakfast oats. Yes. Yes. I'm bad like that! Buuuut, okay, let's start fresh in the new week.
Also, finding I'm perma-bloated, thanks to the hormones! Anyone else find their digestion freaks out around period time?
