Mrs Rancor's Notizen, 25 Mrz 19

My previous weight was not actually accurate. I had gone back up to 260 but today when I weighed it was down to like 253 which is approximately a 7 lb weight loss... also, I was wearing clothes and heavy boots. Can’t wait till the next time I go to see my doctor. She is gonna be so proud of me... and her scales will be more accurate. Was so discouraged bc I thought I was not losing and then today saw these numbers on the scales and I was so over the top excited!!
