It sounds awesome! I had a big salad, some broccoli, and a couple of chicken/sausage/cream cheese-stuffed Poblano peppers. It was pretty awesome, too!

Question.. Is the meal you have for breakfast something that you make homemade, or is it something that comes packaged? The total net carbs for that meal look higher than that type of meal should be. Just curious. Don't want you to think you ate more carbs than you really did :)
